At Pakish Bazar, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering quality and carefully packaged items. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right with a simple and fair return & exchange process.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • The item delivered is expired or incomplete

  • You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging

  • You must provide clear photos or video proof of the issue

  • You must return the item within 7 days of delivery


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email

  2. Share your order number and a brief description of the issue

  3. Attach photo/video evidence of the item

  4. Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Requests made after the 48-hour window

Please note: Items purchased on sale or special promotion are not eligible for return unless damaged.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer will bear the return shipping cost


Exchange Process

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition:

  • A replacement will be shipped within 3-5 working days

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit
