You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
The item delivered is expired or incomplete
You report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order
To be eligible:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging
You must provide clear photos or video proof of the issue
You must return the item within 7 days of delivery
Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email
Share your order number and a brief description of the issue
Attach photo/video evidence of the item
Once approved, we will guide you through the return or exchange process
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Items that have been used, opened, or tampered with
Products returned without original packaging
Requests made after the 48-hour window
Please note: Items purchased on sale or special promotion are not eligible for return unless damaged.
If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost
If the return is for any other reason, the customer will bear the return shipping cost
Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition:
A replacement will be shipped within 3-5 working days
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit
