At Pakish Bazar, we strive to deliver the highest quality products with a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please read our policy below for guidance.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped, whichever comes first.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately via email or WhatsApp with your order number.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.


Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect item.

  • Your order was incomplete or an item was missing.

  • The product was not delivered within the promised timeframe (due to fault on our end).

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Clear photos or video evidence must be provided for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after approval and will be issued via the original payment method or a bank transfer.


Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with after delivery.

  • Items that are returned without valid reason or outside the return window.

  • Orders canceled after shipment.
